Hourly billing, capped at 28 days per month. No promo. Prices exclude local taxes. Zero-cost egress under the Fair Transfer Policy. The 1 GB x 1 vCPU Starter plan is limited to 5 concurrent deployments per customer. Next size up is 2 GB / 1 vCPU / 20 GB at EUR 6/mo. Previous-generation AMD CPUs, 99.99% SLA. The page has a EUR/USD toggle, but the fetch returned EUR only. WebFetch got HTTP 403; the page was read via curl with a browser user agent. The old Developer plans (1 GB / 10 GB EUR 3, 1 GB / 20 GB EUR 4.50) are 'no longer available for deployment'. The USD figure is a conversion, not UpCloud's own USD price.
